RETURN POLICY

ARE THE GOODS INSURED?
Absolutely, yes. TARA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by TARA and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
WHY AM I BEING CHARGED TAXES AND DUTY?
Orders to countries outside the Philippines may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We won’t be able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes you have to pay on your package as these are imposed by your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office to find out what import duties and/or taxes to obtain more information about this.
RETURN POLICY
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 30 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at support@ishoptara.com and we will sort it out for you. Please just make sure that all the tags are in tact. Do note that if you are outside of the Philippines, you will be paying taxes and duty on the return.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at support@ishoptara.com so we can process it for you.
